Fishermans Terminal      Date:  1984  Client: Port of Seattle     Scope: Consulting to the Port of Seattle on the identification and evaluation of the Port's redevelopment options for the fifty acre Fishermen's Terminal site in the Ballard community of Seattle. The project includes the identification of alternative markets, development mixes, and implementing measures leading to the development of a master plan and RFP's for private sector development.   Deliverables: Development Plan.
