for an 80-acre mixed use project including a 1M square footregional shopping
center . By the inclusion of a light rail station the project is to be developed
jointlywith the local transit agency. Totalproject cost $125M.Responsibilities
included, jointdevelopment agreements with TriMet (The Regional Public TransitAgency)
, overall team management, market and financialanalysis, governmental approvals,
