T o w n  P l a n n i n g        Date: 1970      Client: The Kenmore Chamber of Commerce (Kenmore, Washington)    Scope: Developed a commercial area plan and promotional brochure for the redevelopment of a suburban "strip." The plan was developed through an advisory committee process with representation by all community interest groups and included land use, urban design, streetscape and marketing elements.      Deliverables: Community Development Plan, Zoning, Urban Design Guidelines, Capital Improvement Programs.
