Date: 1978 Client: The Kingston Chamber of Commerce (Kingston, Washington) Scope: Developed a primer for community planning, including the description of community resources and tasks necessary to promote the community, steps in planning and the development of four future scenarios. Deliverables: Zoning, Capital Improvement Plan, Urban Design Plan.
