Date: 1984 Client: Harbor Development Company Scope: Provided general project management services for the pre-development feasibility and land assembly phase of a joint public-private development at the site of the proposed Metro (Seattle) North Terminal. Management services included: strategies for assembling the property through a land development corporation, liaison with property owners, and general pre-development market and financial analysis.
