Date: 1994 Client: Los Angeles Country Transit Commission Scope: Development of a strategic marketing plan for the joint development of rail stations in Los Angeles. Project included one on one research with key public and private leaders in real estate, law, finance and government in the greater Los Angeles area, the development of staff consensus on marketing and intergovernmental approaches. Deliverables: Marketing, Public Relations and Communications plan for the development of real estate around Los Angeles subway stations.
