1980 Client: The Depner Associates Scope: Provided urban design,
regulatory and development packaging advice and services for the development
of a 20,000 household new-town development in the suburbs of Reno, Nevada. Specific
services included the preparation of detailed urban design criteria to be used
as the basis for Reno's first PUD ordinance, land marketing and public relations
materials for the project's promotion. Deliverables: Mixed Use Zoning
Guidelines, Promotional Brochure, Draft Zoning Ordinance.
