Scope: Project Management of the redevelopment of a 1,300,000 SF regional
shopping center and adjacent land. The regional mall was repositioned in the
marketplace as a Town Center for Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The major elements
of the plan include the relocation of the City Hall to the site, a market, new
circulation patterns, renovation and re-merchandising of retail, development
of a hotel and an intensification of housing and other uses in the 160-acre
development. As part of this effort a feasibility study for the development
of a 100,000 square foot fashion department was developed.
