Scope included hiring for key positions, reconfiguring business units within the company to deliver better operating profits, making capital improvements in both Bogota ( An operating 40 Acre Rose Greenhouse ) and Seattle, developing the marketing and branding approach for the retail business ( Tutta Rosa ) and developing an offering for equity investment.  Deliverables: Management and Operations Plans and Execution for Base Wholesale/Farm Business, Capital, Improvement Plans and Execution for Base Wholesale/Farm Business, Private Placement Offering, New Retail Stores, Complete Branding, Marketing and Operations Plan for Retail and Catalog Sales.
